Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

Because of the nature of the product, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@andareofficial.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we'll make it right.

Order Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a change, email hello@andareofficial.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes or redirect the package.
