Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact hello@andareofficial.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make changes before your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact hello@andareofficial.com within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as possible for lost shipments). We'll investigate the issue and work with you to find the best possible resolution.
